Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-time reports

If your report is not delivered, or fails for a technical reason (for example a blank or broken report), you get a full refund, no questions asked. Email us within 7 days.

Because every report is a personalised digital product prepared specially for you, a one-time report cannot be refunded once it has been delivered and displayed.

If you entered a wrong birth detail by mistake, tell us within 48 hours and we will regenerate the report once, free of charge.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by UPI to your original UPI ID within 5–7 working days. To request a refund, email us with your order ID.
