1. Who we are

Nilavu (“Nilavu”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the Nilavu service. Our address is Suite 4B, Nakshatra House, MG Road, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala 682016, India. You can reach us at support@nilavu.app.

By using our website, ticking the acceptance box at checkout, or buying a report or plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Nilavu is an automated, AI-powered service. Every reading is generated purely by software and artificial intelligence: planetary positions are calculated from standard astronomical data (Swiss Ephemeris, Lahiri ayanamsa) and the interpretation is written by an AI language model following classical Indian Vedic astrology rules (including the Kerala porutham method for marriage matching). No human astrologer reviews, prepares or approves your report unless we explicitly say so.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying an AI-generated report and that AI may make mistakes, simplify, or express things differently from a human astrologer.

The service is provided for guidance, cultural and entertainment purposes only. Astrology reflects traditional beliefs. It is not a science that predicts the future and it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice.

We do not sell gemstones, poojas, remedies or any physical goods.

3. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.

You agree to enter accurate birth details. Reports are only as accurate as the information you give.

When you enter another person's details (for example for a porutham), you confirm you have their permission or are their parent/guardian.

You will not copy, resell or misuse our reports, website or content, and you will not use the service in any way that breaks Indian law.

You are fully responsible for any decision you take after reading a report.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted by UPI (QR scan or UPI ID). We record only your 12-digit UPI reference (UTR) or UPI ID to match the payment to your order.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4A. Coupons and offers

Discount codes (including the first-time customer offer) apply only to eligible orders, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. A first-time offer is valid once per person; we may decline it where we reasonably believe it has been used before.

4B. AI help chat

Our website chat is an automated AI assistant. It answers general questions about the service and, if you choose one of your own paid reports, can help explain that report. It does not produce new readings or predictions and is not a human. Its answers may be inaccurate and are not advice.

5. Intellectual property

The Nilavu name, logo, website design, text and report format belong to us. Your personal report is for your own private, family use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Nilavu is not liable for any loss, damage, decision or outcome arising from your use of, or reliance on, a report or any part of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific report.

We try to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi (Ernakulam), Kerala. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first, please write to us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
